Coast2Core is guided by me as a personal leadership trainer, and facilitated in close collaboration with Raul Saldarriga. As a personal leadership trainer, I work with people who want to take ownership of their direction in life, their choices and the way they show up in the world

My role within Coast2Core is to design and guide the personal leadership framework of the journey. The process is supported by a practical blend of positive psychology, akara- nummerology, theory U, and personal pattern work. These approaches help participants recognize strengths, understand recurring dynamics, and clarify the choices that shape their lives.

Alongside this, I integrate embodied practices inspired by Kundalini Yoga teachings, meditation, breathwork, and simple awareness exercises to support nervous-system regulation, presence, and mental clarity.

Raul is a contact-improvisation teacher and founder of Casagrfia Movement Collective contact-improvisation school in Amsterdam. Within Coast2Core, he leads the contact improvisation and playfighting sessions and supports the personal leadership exercises throughout the week. His work brings a strong focus on embodied awareness, relational intelligence, and learning through movement.

All methods are translated into concrete, accessible practices that can be felt and applied in everyday life. The focus is not on adopting belief systems or abstract theories, but on developing self-awareness, emotional resilience, and the ability to make conscious, grounded decisions in a holistic way with your mind and body.

Within the context of the 7-day coastal journey, walking, carrying your pack, cooking together, and living close to nature. These practices are integrated naturally into daily life. The environment becomes an active part of the learning process.
